Return, refund, and rescheduling policy
This file applies when you purchase a paid product, a ticket to a live session, or a similar offer from or through Varnorexwhraleu, once we describe a price and a delivery path at the point of sale. It does not change any rule that a card network or a state imposes in addition, such as a required refund for a class of defect.
The open pages, blog-style articles, and link lists on the site are not a “sale” with a return path in the sense of the consumer rules in many locations. The policy below is for situations where you pay a fee, receive an electronic file, or attend a time-bound session that we or a partner on our order flow controls.
Digital downloads, recordings, and access codes
If you are in a region with a right to cancel a distance contract for digital content within a cooling-off period, you may have that right when you have not already asked us to start delivery. After you can access the file or a stream, the nature of the product means a refund is usually limited to a technical failure we cannot fix, a duplicate charge, or a good-faith mix-up. If a link is broken, write within fourteen (14) days of the purchase email and we will send a new link, issue a code reset, or, if a fix is not possible, refund to the same payment method within a few banking days after approval.
Workshops, consult hours, and live events in Central Time
For a scheduled one-to-one or small-group session, you may cancel and receive a full refund or a credit to a new date, at your choice, if you inform us in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours before the start time, measured in U.S. Central Time (America/Chicago). Cancellations after that time may, at our discretion, move once to a new slot within a thirty (30) day window instead of a cash refund, to cover preparation we already set aside, unless a more protective rule in your home country requires a different result.
Physical products, if we ever list them
Some educational packs could include a printed object or a kitchen tool shipped from a U.S. warehouse. If an item is damaged in transit, send a short description and a clear photo to the return mailbox below within five (5) business days of delivery. We will offer a replacement when stock exists or a pro-rated refund of the product line item when a replacement is not available. A change of mind, when a law you rely on does not require otherwise, is handled as a store-credit return when the good is in original packaging and the request arrives within ten (10) business days, subject to a restock fee that we will label at checkout in advance, not as a hidden line.
Business, education, and institution orders
Purchase orders, grants, and enterprise licenses may be governed by a master agreement, which, when signed, replaces this page for the topics it covers, including volume pricing, data processing, and service levels. In a conflict, the later signed, more specific addendum for your organization controls, except where a consumer is also an end user and a consumer rule cannot be waived, in which case the consumer rule is preserved for that end user in the way the law says.
Response times and escalation
We aim to acknowledge a return or refund request within two (2) U.S. business days and to decide the outcome within another ten (10) U.S. business days for standard cases, or longer for complex business orders, in which case we will tell you a range and a contact path. A “business day” is Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays, even if a partner office abroad also observes other holidays.
How money moves back to you
Refunds, when we owe them, go to the same card or account method you used, unless a payment partner requires a check or wire, in which case we will use that channel and share any clear fee. Foreign exchange, when a charge was not in U.S. dollars, may flow back at a bank rate you see on your own statement, which is outside the small number we can fix on the invoice line.
Where mandatory law is stronger
Nothing in this file limits any non-waivable return or legal guarantee you keep under the law of the EEA, UK, your U.S. state, or any other home rule that a court in your place would not allow us to set aside. If a clause here is invalid in a given place, the rest continues to the extent possible, and a fair replacement is applied when a court asks for reformation.
How to start a return or refund request
Send email to contact@varnorexwhraleu.world with “Return or refund” in the subject, include the order or invoice reference, the best contact phone and time zone, and a one-paragraph fact summary. Mailing address for a physical return will be provided only for cases where the law or the carrier requires it, to avoid a package going to a closed desk.
